On-Site Home Inspection Greater Chicagoland Area
I personally inspect your home using a variety of tools including but not limited to a camera, infra-red camera, moisture meter, VOC and formaldehyde meter, and particle counter. I then gather samples to test (lab testing is extra) your home for different species and relative amounts of mold. Water testing available upon request. I create a report for you based on the inspection and any testing performed. The report includes my findings, lab results, and any recommendations I may have.
Virtual Home Inspection
We have a short chat about your home and your concerns. You take me on a tour of your home via Zoom or other video conferencing tools. I will show you how to test your home for mold. I will then create a report for you based on the inspection and any labs it will include findings, lab results, and any recommendations I may have.
Virtual and In PersonPre-Move-In Inspections
For an in-person visit I personally inspect the home using a variety of non-destructive tools including but not limited to a camera, infra-red camera, flashlight, moisture meter, VOC and formaldehyde meter, and particle counter. I may gather samples to test either dust or air spore trap (lab testing is extra) in the home to look for different species and relative amounts of mold.
We can also do phone consultation where you provide me details of what you find in the home, or conduct a Zoom meeting where I guide you where to look for possible water damage. Gathering a test sample is recommended if you are
serious about the location. I will then give you my opinion based on the information I gather, lab results and information you provide.
